Run Small, Cheap Quality

I was disappointed by these shoes. i usually have good luck with this brand but this style was of poor quality compared to this company's other shoes. The toe area is narrow even though it's not pointed style. I purchased several colors but will return all three pairs. they all ran small and tight

Item damaged

Why would Macy’s sell me damaged shoes? These clearly aren’t even the right brand, size or width (square toe Journee 8.5W). They came in a generic Macys box that said the original box was damaged, so it means an employee took the effort to rebox these damaged shoes without noticing all the scuffs and wear! I’m returning them obviously, but I’m seriously disappointed and no longer trust ordering from Macys online.
