Boots are cute but run small

I usually wear a 9 in boots but my toe is right in the edge. Since they're flat with no cushion, a 9 1/2 would've been better so I could've put a shoe cushion in them. I'll have to make sure I only wear them when I don't have far to walk. Other than that, they fully meet all other expectations.

Great boots - zipper needs work though

I adore these boots, but I just bought my third pair because the zipper only lasts about a year and half with regular wear before it breaks apart, from what I've found. They are awesome though and I always get heaps of compliments. Please keep making these boots and please fix the zipper! :)

Purchase no refund

I hate the fact that you purchase something from Macy’s website and if it’s doesn’t work out you return it and you have to wait 10 days to get your money back. That’s is ridiculous I’m not going to shop online anymore

Love these boots, very comfy

Love these boots, very comfy and the color it’s also beautiful. I recommend these boots to go out dancing or just to wear on a normal day. Very inexpensive and great quality

Better than Expected!

Love the look, the style, and the heel height. These do seem a bit tight around the toe area though so you may want to size up or wear a thin sock.

Wrong size , wrong color but comfortable

I love this style. I ordered 7/5 . But I received 2 right laces! With 2 different sizes! One was 7/5 & the other 11! I also ordered brown color , but I received Grey one! So I'm going to exchange it. It seems to be a soft, comfortable boot.
