The Journee brand does not meet Macy's High quality standards. I was extremely dissatisfied and I'm in the process of returning them. The color is a goldish-tan and the photo looked very rich and appealing. I do realized that different types of plastic has replaced leather in most cases which is a shame. But, these boots did a very poor job of faking the look of leather. They were very shiny and plastic looking. Not the normal High quality a Macy's customer is used to receiving. I can only hope that Macy's Buyer reads this review because it looks like they are carrying quite an inventory of that brand. I have a strong feeling that a lot of Macy's High demographic customers will be returning that brand's products as well.
Perfect boots
I feel like I have big legs and have trouble funding comfortable shoes, and I love these! The calf is wide enough for my…lemme measure my calves…my 15” calves and stay comfortable throughout the day. They’re not loose, but I think you could fit another inch of girth in there. Not a lot going on in the sole, but I throw my gel inserts in and can walk the entire downtown. I got them when they were on sale which makes em even better, but still worth it at full price!

The boot is awesome. I know it's not the actual boots themselves, but I keep shoe boxes and it looks like it been the through it.

do not like
Didn't realize when I ordered these that they were for bigger ladies calves. They are too roomy and apparently there is no way to return them. Very disappointed

Great pick for the great price
Lovely color and long in length. Course I saw after I purchased the legs run wide for those in need. I’m not short in stature and while a little wider it’s not by much. Works with jeans and wore them last night for TG out for drinks with a dress and tights. I’m happy with them.

Wide calf
These are not as advertised. They are wide-calf. I'm not obese, so I need the normal calf size, like the ones (identical boot except the calf) I bought years ago. I have pictures of both.
