Poor quality!!!!!!! You can see the stitching on the outside. I would rather pay extra for a sued boot vs. this boot. The quality of Macy's clothing and shoes do not meet the level of quality from years ago.

Beautiful and comfortable

I purchased a black pair and a taupe pair. I received a lot of compliments :relaxed: on my new boots. The heels are the perfect height for walking. These boots are so comfy!!

Hard to slip on.

I have a high arch, and even though I ordered extra wide calf based on the recommended by Macy's, it was hard getting my foot in. My calfs aren't big or wide. I had to send back. I only tried 1 boot on no need to struggle to put 2nd one on. They were cute and loved color.
