Returning/poor quality

I found the Joy and Berry wreath lacking in quality. It was exactly as pictured on website. However, the leaves were a unyielding seemingly inexpensive plastic. It did not compliment the Christmas decor in my home. I am returning it. What an unpleasant surprise. I didn’t expect that Macy!!
