I recently received the Joyce Chen Ceramic Carbon Steel 14 Wok and was excited to start using! This stir fry pan features a ceramic nonstick coating, made without intentionally added PFAS chemicals, allowing you to cook meals confidently without sticking. It works well for high-temperature cooking, making it perfect for searing, stir-frying, sautéing veggies, and so much more! I have used it for cooking almost every meal since I received it. I love the solid beech wood handle and 14-inch diameter basin, it has a cooking area perfect for smaller portions and side dishes while providing easy handling when lifting and pouring food as it is very lightweight and will make a great addition to any kitchen!

Professional Wok
I was so excited to try out this professional wok. It is clearly a well made piece. I like that there are 2 wooden handles and that the surface is nonstick. The one down side for me is that it is very heavy, which makes it harder when washing.

Perfect deep pan
The wok is amazing! It is very deep and has lots of space. I've found myself using it more than just as a wok. I've used it as an "all in one" pan- meaning it is deep and wide enough for me to put all my ingredients in and cook it all together. I truly am enjoying cooking with it.

Excellent wok, a dream in the kitchen
You can’t always tell online in pictures, but I’m happy to report this wok is deep - useful deep. You can toss veggies, stir-fry noodles, or pile in ingredients without worrying about anything flipping out onto the stove. It just makes cooking easier. It also looks really nice. The shape, the finish, the wooden handle —it’s a piece of cookware you don’t mind leaving out because it actually makes your kitchen look better. It feels sturdy, heats evenly, and doesn’t scratch or warp, even with regular use. After a bunch of meals, it still looks basically brand new. If you want a wok that’s roomy, looks great, and is built to last, this one’s a great pick.
