Beautiful dress

This is a lovely, understated dress. It does have a side slit which I didn't realize until I received the dress. I will probably shorten the slit a couple of inches. I am 5'3", 130 lbs. and found that a size 8 fit me perfectly. I will be wearing this dress as mother of the groom. Also thinking I could have this dress shortened after the wedding to get some additional wear out of it.

Perfect mother of groom dress

I bought this to wear to my son’s wedding next June. It is more beautiful in person and checks all my boxes! It is difficult to find a dress with sleeves that does not look too matronly and has a youthful feeling to it. For reference, I am 65 years young, I am 5’6” and weigh 135 pounds. A size 8 fits perfectly. I will have to have it hemmed an inch or two after I choose my shoes. I might have this shortened after the wedding so I can rewear it for summer occasions in the future. Shipping was fast and efficient with Macy’s.

Mother of the Groom.

This dress is so beautiful. I did have to have it hemmed. But I can’t say enough about it. Prettier in person. I ordered a size 12 , I am 5 3”. 143 lbs. I am wearing to my sons wedding.
