Never Delivered

I haven't received the item Macys Will Not tell me what's going on with my order.... Poor customer service. I was on with an agent for over 30 min and he never resolved the issue.. I feel like Macys scammed me!!!

Pillow case Ripped after one wash. Bottom has buttons which allow the duvey insert to fall through which looks terrible. I don’t recommend.

my 20 yr old daughter loved it

Last year I got her a Ralph Lauren alternative down comforter and white and she had a black and gray room so this was a good gift. Do they cover with cute pillows that came with it and shams! I put it right on her bed and she loves it!! I usually prefer to buy only 100% cotton sateen or percale because I’m picky and bougie but she really likes it. It feels like satin but it’s probably polyester. I don’t even know… it seems like it’s satin? Hmm but she loves all that matters ! I would recommend it if you’re not picky and don’t like 100% cotton! Please read the labels before you buy them!
