mad and disappointed

letters not formed good rhinestones missing ordered a replacement pair and they were worse

Disappointed

I finally received my sandals and to my disappointment some of the letters are not showing. The glitter fell off. I am very upset as I had to wait longer then usually to receive them. This is a very nice shoe and I would like some compensation for this huge malfunction.
