Beautiful slippers love it but was not what I expe

It is very nice I love it.I bought a pair for my granddaught10th birthday which was in March and she love it.But there us two problem with the slippers the both inner sole peel off after wearing the very first day.and second the straps that holds the slipers together came all the way through the bottom of the soles and touching the ground.I will have to return them back because she cannot wear them comfortably because of the bottom not level as to the strap poking out and uneven.But I wish this was not the case because we love the slippers overall the color is so beautiful.
