1st luxury eyeliner used & will BUY IT!!

EXCELLENT!!! doesn't build up on itself (perfect for gals like me who need a couple tries to get the Just Right line) didnt flake, or run. Covered the eyeshadow fully and easily wiped off with a makeup sheet.
