No wheel on luggage after Southwest airline flight

Great luggage, but the wheel fell off on 1st trip. The suitcase was purchased last week week in Akron, Ohio store at summit mall. How do I get it fixed?

Most gorgeous suit case

This is the cutest suit case I have ever owned. It’s hard shelled which I love, I feel like it really protects my stuff one thing in particular I love about it is that it had large divider zip pocket and large compartments for shoes. It enables me to pack my workout shoes and separate dirty and clean clothes with the zippered side. There’s also plastic stoppers on the side of the suit case so no matter how the suit case lands it has some protection from the floor. It also has a variety of handle options, a short one or a long pull out handle for rolling it. Overall great suit case, the only thing I’ve noticed is the zipper can stick a little at first but it’s been no issue for me.

It's in the little details

This suitcase is no doubt beautiful at first glance but the real beauty is in the little details; the padded grip handles, easy sliding zippers, all the inside pockets to organize your stuff, and handle on the bottom for when you pick up for bag horizontal.
