Goes on smoothly and true to color. I have tried so many eyeliner brands, but this product I would recommend to anyone

Light up with Julep

Disappointed

I purchased this product primarily on the reviews. It only had 2. I applied the eye liner which was a pretty color but did not stay in place or pass the waterproof test. I would not buy this again or tell anyone it's a product that they would love.

My new eyeliner !

I, unfortunately, have a collection of eyeliners, but no more! I was using MAC Technakohl Liner, but it didn't go on smoothly and tugged on my eyelid. I'm in my 50s and don't need anything tugging on my eyelid! The Julep pencil goes on smoothly, no tugging, and doesn't smear. It's also less expensive, so it's a win-win!
