Shipping issues

I loved the dress but it didn’t get what I paid for. I needed the dress for a trip so I paid for a 2-3 day delivery. They initially said it would arrive on time. On the day that it was supposed to arrive the gave me an update saying it wouldn’t come until after I came back from my trip.
