Horrible Experience

Coat is not as represented. The company states that it is 100 genuine Mongolian fur but it is not. There is 2 inches of fur and then an inch of very cheap ill matched cotton throughout the entire coat. As long as you’re standing perfectly still it looks OK but with any movement or any breeze you see all these strips of cheap cotton. Completely unacceptable. When returned the company acknowledged they received the return and in the same condition as it was sent but as of today they refuse to credit my account so I had to contest the charge which I am being told can take up to three months. I would never do business with this marketplace company ever again.
