Very small waist

The skirt is very well made and it is super cute but just like the other reviews it is very small in the waist. I generally wear a size 15 in the juniors. The skirt fit perfect except for the waist, it was about an inch Too small if I could just move the button over it would be perfect. I’m so disappointed because it really is a cute skirt and that is why I gave it. Three stars is because of the extremely small waist.

Nice denim

This is a great quality skirt. I ordered one size up so that the skirt would just hang nicely on my hips. I will say there is more room than I expected in the hip area, since this is juniors sizing. The front slit is a beautiful length, and so is the skirt. The embroidery is high quality- this is not a printed denim. I’m a typical size 8, and ordered this skirt in an 11. I could wear a 9 also/ but I prefer the fit of the 11. I do have a small waist and big hips as another reviewer said, so this may skew my review, but I really enjoy this skirt and will have it for years.

Terrible Fit

This skirt has a fitted waist true to size but the rest of the skirt must be for a VERY CURVY PERSON WITH A SMALL WAIST. THE FIT IS AWFULL! I will be RETURNING! But if you are small waisted with big hips and butt NOT proportionate to your waist this may be perfect for you. I’m typically 129lbs, 27 inch waist, 5’4 not hippy and no huge rear end and I purchased a JR SIZE 5. The fit was AWFUL the waist fit however the REST OF THE SHIRT was like a size 8. The rest of the skirt was like 2 sizes to big! The hip area HUGE. IT’s an ABSOLUTE NO FOR ME! Received it via mail today. Will be RETURNING TOMORROW! But the quality of the denim is good. I just wish the sizing was more proportionate.
