Adorable dress/crummy quality control

The dress was adorable and perfect. Fit true to size. 5 stars for the dress and customer service. However-the dress arrived with a giant hole in the tulle, like it had been tried one a the heel of a shoe had gone through the dress. So the low rating is for quality control. My daughter was heartbroken that she had to find another dress because the was the last one available online or in a store in her size.
