Poor quality sweter

By the end of the first day I wore this sweater, the sleeves were full of yarn balls . This sweater is made of low quality material. I do not recomend this sweater.

Cable heart knit sweater

I purchased the grey sweater in size small but it is too big and wide, so I ordered a x small but decided to get the light lilac/blue color since I saw it in the store, it is much prettier in this color. It said it was junior to order size up but I am usually a x small and the small was too wide so order your normal size. The sweater material is nice and soft!!!

Disappointed

I didn’t receive my order! I ordered in December 2th and when I called them in December 19th, they said that the order is processing, you have to wait until December 30th. Very disappointed with the service.

scam

This order was never picked up because Macys at East Brunswick didn't want to give the order because I didn't have a driver license. I made a big trip to go there and pick up this order they scanned the barcode and still didn't want to give me the item. They they stole from me because the store marked the order as picked up. I was furious and still am because I have called the store 100 times and no one ever answers the phone. Then I called customer service and reported this. Customer service make supposedly a case but never got any email confirmation about me reporting this issue. Please give me back my money. Still today I called store no one ever answered. How can I store do this to customer and get a free pass.

Nice dress up or dress down sweater

Fussy 18 year old liked it! V neck and cropped fit appealed to her. Only wish it would have been Snow White instead of a creamy white. She kept the XS so it wasn’t a bulky fit.
