No more Macy's

The card label stringed to the pants says "Size 11". But the cloth label sewed to the pants says "Size 15". It is more like a size 15 because it is huge. But I only fit into a size 11. So I took a lot of time and troubles to return it. I even took a survey afterwards and gave low scores. A manager named Lopez responded. But she did not apologize or compensate me. She asks me to visit a Macy's store again! Never again. Macy's nowadays is poor in merchandizes selections and quality, its prices are not competitive, and its customer services are poor.

Lightweight, warm and stylish

I usually wear XL in juniors but because my normal size was sold old, I purchased L and it still fits well. Gotten so many compliments on this jacket and asked where I bought it. I'm definitely pleased with this purchase.
