Other occasion to buy:already submitted....poor, inaccurate shipment

Poor processing

Ordered two tins of Hershey's candies. Received just one despite confirmation for 2, charged for 2 and packing slip in box says 2. Contacted customer service and told would be reprocessed if in stock,if not will be refunded but no notification if out of stock. Not good.
