Very very petite

I bought 2 of these tshirts for my grand daughter who is a very normal sized girl. Regularly wears a small or medium. These tops were so small she could not wear them and to my disappointment couldn’t return. I sent a msg to Macys to ask if l could exchange them and got no reply.
