Great product, poor nozzle design
I love how this makes my hair feel. However, had issues with the nozzle not wanting to come out from being unscrewed, which did leave me with a poor first impression.

Bottle pump doesn't work / build up on scalp
I was so excited to receive this product and unfortunately the pump doesn't work. It's not user error I'm very familiar with how to turn/twist the nozzle for it to come out. I have to leave the entire thing open in order to get the conditioner out it's very frustrating. Also I would like to say since using this Shampoo and Conditioner combo I have had EXTREME scalp build up. it's embarrassing and terrible!

So unbelievably soft!
I feel like I am walking out of the salon every time I step out of the shower! My hair has life again, feels so hydrated, but doesn't feel weighed down. It took just one wash for me to notice a difference. I am never turning back to hair products other than JVN.

Hydrates and Softens
This conditioner helps hydrate my dry, thick coarse hair. My hair is gray, so it needs more attention, and this product does the trick! And, an added bonus, it smells nice, too!

Worth it
Didn’t want to like this product cuz the price. First wash my hair felt like straw and I was not impressed. Plus I had to open the pump with pliers. It seemed all odds were stacked against JVN… but a wash or 2 later I am a convert. My hair has never looked so good. My hair isn’t curlier, but it looks less frizzy, more polished - just better texture. I could never effectively run heat tools thru my curly hair without a second set of hands so I just always air dry and now my hair looks good for events. I got the scalp oil, conditioner, shampoo and air dry cream. Would recommend all except the scalp oil which I’m indifferent to. I don’t have to use all three at once for my hair to look better than usual, but best used together. Better than my experiences with olaplex, nexus, kiehls etc etc. Thank you JVN for finally taming by curls, but darn you for all the future money you will be taking from me. Good news a little product goes a long way.

Don’t recommend
Left my hair dull and with a residue. I wanted to give it a chance but I was disappointed. Will not be buying again
