Great product, packaging was faulty

Shampoo is great. Too bad the pump doesn't work. Same thing with the conditioner I purchased.

Has Helped Hydrate my Colored Hair

I have been using this now for at least 6 months and it is my go-to shampoo. I noticed that my hair was less frizzy when I got out of the shower and styled it. I also noticed I had less split ends, even my hair stylist noticed! Since my hair is balayage, it does get dry at the bottom, but using both the shampoo and conditioner, I cannot boast about how good it has been to my hair. As a first time mom, it is something I have added to my routine that has helped so much without me just giving up on my hair and always putting it up.

Pump not working but product itself is nice

Couldn’t figure out how to use the pump while in the shower. After doing all of the obvious/normal things to try to get the pump to work, I had to just twist it off. From there, great smell, worked well on my color-treated hair and the metal bottle & pink color seems premium, just hope I can get pump to work.

Just not same as Undamage

Was disappointed with this one, and I love my JVN products! I have to use 3-4x the amount I used with Undamage, and it makes my hair a little greasy, comparatively. I want Undamage back 😢
