shipped unprotected not as pictured

Hat was shipped in a plastic bag like a garbage bag. No other protection. Arrived bent and battered. Appears online to have a stiff crown - it isn't. Flat and floppy, battered and bent before I have ever worn it --- RETURNED.Very poor quality.
