Extremely disappointed

Pick up process was poor at best. Associates were standing around with no customers as a line grew in pick up. The right shoe was defective so my foot fell out of them. I was forced to wear slippers because I could have fallen. They will be returned. These were purchased for my granddaughter's wedding.

Too Narrow

I was so happy to finally receive these sandals. Unfortunately, they were too narrow in the front. otherwise, they would’ve been great.

I got these sandals in the snake print. They are pretty, stylish & comfortable. I listened to the recommendations on the sizing & sized up. I’m a 10 1/2 but usually can wear a 10 in sandals, but the 11 fits perfect

Uncomfortable

The sandals are really cute, but they are really hurt the top of my feet. As the person commenting on the bone sandals, I assumed I was ordering black leather but received black patent. Nowhere in the description does it indicate "patent".
