Cheaply Made

I purchased the winter white boots a little while ago. I never wore kept neatly in the box. I finally decided to wear to church the boot was pealing upon taking out the box.. After church one of my boots completely fell apart. I’m a loyal Macy’s customer this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had by far! These were beautiful, but very poorly made. A waste of money!

Disappointed

Sorry to say i never received the boot i ordered. On the first order a wide calf was sent which i didn't order. I sent it back and requested a correct order, not wide calf. I then received a totally different item. And now it turns out the boot is not available. If i was told this when i placed the first order it would have saved time and aggravation.
