Item shrinks

I love the color and it is true to the advertised item. I try on all clothing when it first arrives then I wash before actually wearing for any length of time. I was very happy that the fit was very nice, not too snug and the proper length I desire. After initial washing -used according to directions, it still shrunk. I reread the guidelines and appears I did it right. I imagine must be the product's material. For the price, and coming from Macy's I would hope their products are scrutinized for issues such as this. I have very few disappointments with any items from Macy's; but maybe their buyers are letting things slip by, since other major department stores are closing down.

KAREN SCOTT EXCELLENT QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP & FIT U EXPECT! AS A PETITE PERSON, I LEARNED A DECADE AGO THAT I COULD COUNT ON THIS BRAND 2 LAST YEARS. AND, MACY'S OFFERS SUCH SUPER ONLINE SALE PRICES THAT ONLY A PETITE DODO BIRD WOULD PASS IT UP =0

Great Quality!

It is so comfortable and cozy. The best: it is 100% cotton!!! Fresh and great for any occasion. Fancy color.

Returned it

I returned this sweater. Even with the great Black Friday pricing I couldn't justify keeping it. I normally wear a size XS or PXS, but this sweater was kind of baggy in the waist area which made it look boxy on. The material and color were nice though. it would probably look best on someone without a small waist.

Runs way too small

I bought this sweater last year and only wore it one time, reason being, even tho the True-Fit chart told me XSP would be snug, that was the size it recommended (4'10 and 108lbs) so that's what I bought. I wash my sweaters in cold delicate cycles and dry on the air setting; however, the sweater shrunk to the point of no return. I've not been able to wear it again and know what? I couldn't get a refund. I'll never buy Karen Scott products again because a) they run small; b) they shrink up badly; c) she is too overpriced for her products. I love Macy's tho; they really try.
