Terrible Fabric and Ran so Small I Returned 2 Size

I am a size 2X, I ordered it out twice, once in a 2X and again in a 3X. I always order 2 at a time because you can try on two tops and they can both fit differently. Each time I ordered this top they all fit too small! I don't know what the manufacturer did on this top but someone measured WRONG! A size 3X couldn't get this over her head!!! The fabric even looked like it had runs in it. Something was certainly wrong, not up to the quality I would expect from Karen Scott. I have two recovering broken shoulders so it is a "challenge" for me to try on clothing. This was a complete waste of my time!!!
