Shoes were wider than expected

I ordered regular size online but the shoes I received were much wider than the normal "regular" size I always receive. When buying this product, you may want to go in the store and try them on. Unfortunately due to a death in the family, I didn't make it back to return the shoes within the return day range, so now my neighbor is enjoying a free pair of shoes. At least they fit someone.

Obviously Not New

I bought this shoe in-store in blue. Very comfortable and true to size so I re-purchased the black online. Obviously not new. Shoes in the box were not wrapped/packed, the sticker that should be on the bottom of the shoe is stuck to the side of the box and there are staples in the bottom of the shoe. Nowhere on the site did it say "return" or "as-is". Very disappointed. I will be returning.
