Loose Material.

I ordered white, the material is very loose, can't wear to work and not looking great, didn't wear even once. When we went to return in the normal box package, it was not accepted at UPS. Returns have become a hassle now due to the package box specifics. Not sure if the packing conditions are for Macy or for UPS? I spoke to Macy regarding this, they were not helpful regarding the package specifics.
