Disappointed in discontinuing Karen Scott

I love the Karen Scott brand. I have bought it for years! However, for some reason Macy's has discontinued these reasonable, well made clothes! I cannot believe they are suggesting On 34th as a alternative! I am not impressed with their new brand. I am so disappointed! I sincerely Macy's will reconsider their decision.

Never received

I never received it. I ordered it for a cruise vacation to Alaska. I called and told the rep to resend it and instead he canceled the order. I'm supposed to receive a gift card return but have seen nothing yet.

Shrunk a full size

It fit fine before I washed it-cold water, short air fluff in the dryer for wrinkles, and air dry-but it shrank at least one full size. Now it’s tight and the sleeves are short, very disappointing!
