We still have not received the item we kept thinking it was in the pile of mail they keep showing on the news but the package has not moved. Need refund

Disappointed

When I placed the order, the item was in stock, then about a week or so later I received notification in email that the sweater was no longer available. This has happened twice with Macy's, doubt if i will try to order again.

I purchased the dark blue and received compliments when I wore it. It's a lightweight yet warm sweater which can be layered. Bought at a GREAT price too!
