shrinks and runs small

Pretty top, but it does run small AND it shrinks in the wash and on low dryer. I had to buy a large, and then it shrank just enough to fit perfectly. But the Medium was snug. I'm 36B, 5'7"; 133 lbs.

I love the colors on this top, however usually get a large in Karen Scott but this one is cut small. material is not the soft material either. returning.
