Im shocked

Unfortunately, I received the bag and it had two black spots on it. I tried to clean them but they wouldn't go away. I felt frustrated

Formal ornate bag

A little too ornate for me. The gold color and large rhinestones are very bold. It’s also smaller than I expected. Will be returning it.

Another beautiful Karl Lagerfeld bag !

Nice quality bag ! Got it on sale and it looks much more expensive and unique than one would guess ! I have carried it twice already and received many compliments on it . I also have a square silver metallic that is also KL . It has the same stylish , unique quality that this bag radiates .

Gorgeous 🔥

I ordered online after seeing it in store. I saw it and fell in love with it. I should have bought it then. When I got home I kept thinking about it. So I went online and bought it. It arrived on time for Christmas 🎄 and was very happy small but perfect! Thank you Macy's.

Not sure if the quality is worth the price tag

I find the bag pricey but I ordered it anyway because it really went well with an outfit I have for all gold birthday party invitation. Overall the bag is pretty but it was a hassle to order. I ordered it on my own on the Macy’s website few hours later I got a notification that my order was cancelled. This is something that NEVER happened to me before with MACYS. I called the customer service they placed the order over the phone with me but right after they confirmed everything I got an email saying the order was canceled again. When I informed the representative that the order has been indeed canceled again 2nd time that’s when she said I need to talk to the protection department. Apparently base on the protection department it is completely normal for Macy’s to do this as an extra verification method. It just never happened to me before with Macy’s. After the protection assistance and several strategies the order went through the 3rd time. It arrived quickly but with a mark on the back. (fixed typo from previous)
