WRONG BAG SENT

I had ordered the Karl Lagerfield Kosette shoulder, black bag, as seen in the item picture here, but a wrong bag has come which is not what I ordered. Please check the image i uploaded - this is what was sent. Firstly i did an expedited delivery by paying extra and it still arrived a week later! And that too wrong bag was sent! Please send me the right bag and ill send this back!! very disappointed!
