Leather?? Doesn’t feel like it

This is not leather. It doesn’t smell like leather, it doesn’t feel like leather. Plus no zipper in the middle. I returned it as soon as I got it

Ineptitude

How disappointing! I ordered a black with gold trim, Karl Lagerfeld bag; and, another black bag. I received ONE white bag with silver trim. Now, I get to spend my time straightening out someone’s obvious dislike of their job.

Perfect

Beautiful, classy, just what I wanted. I must have looked at over 100 bags but kept coming back to this one. Plenty of room, bottom not to wide, feels very lux and love the handles. Doesn't' drop too low on the hip. So tired of the leather strap with buckles that tangle in my hair. Perfect size.
