Poor packaging…

This hand bag was lovey in the store - but it had damage (indentations) under where the KARL charm lays. So…I decided to order one hoping it would come from the warehouse with all the original packaging. That is exactly what I received. Unfortunately, as I unpacked it there were other issue with the bag. One example: It had an indentation from the rectangle sales tag. Also, the box it was shipped in was too big & had no shipping material- so the handbag flailed around inside the box during shipping which didn’t help. I wanted this handbag to work but Karl Lagerfeld & Macy’s need to do a bit better. Bummed!

Beautiful purse

I love this purse. The quality and craftsmanship really shows. The leather feels nice and feels like it will last a long time. Its a little smaller than my normal purses but I can still carry my hammer with it. I was given a red one which I dont like bold colors but its a beautiful. Will be using for date nights.

the details are great!

i absolutely adore this purse!! the color is so beautiful and it feels very soft and durable. it's a decent size, i wish it had more storage in it but it'll still work for me! i also love how you can wear it over shoulder or as a hand bag.
