Very disappointed

The shoes are even prettier than expected. THe linen even has metallic thread and there is metallic ribbon woven into the rope around the base. Unfortunately the right shoe is significantly smaller than the left. I can't tell if the defect is that there is too much padding in the insole or if the upper is not right. I am trying to stretch the arch so that i can wear it comfortably. I expected better quality from an expensive designer shoe. I would have returned them but i've never seen an espadrille quite so blingy and i just love the crystals and bling- so i want to try to make them wearable if even for just a few hours. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I am a solid size 6 and i've ordered many shoes from Macys and not had this problem. It feels like the one shoe is a whole size smaller.

Only one shoe in box when I opened package Then customer service would not send another pair in different color Then I asked for a supervisor no chance would she get one on the phone To top it all they sent a gift card BY MAIL And a mailing label FOR ME TO TAKE TO UPS platinum member For 60 years I’m disgusted

Mis-sized

Pretty shoe but had to return. One shoe was too short and one was too long. Both were huge and flopped around on my average size feet.
