First I have to say, delivery took 11 days for this purchase, not the 5-6 business days advertised.
I truly love the fun of this bag and planned to use it on a European vacation, perfect size for phone, passport, etc, and zippers for security. Great crossbody size and functionality.
After I FINALLY received the bag, I opened it and again, loved the fun design. Began taking the stuffing out and tried it crossbody to ensure it felt right and it did. Then, I happened to flip it over and saw a slice/cut along the bottom of the bag. Tragic.
After waiting quite a while for my purchase, I am returning this bag. I won’t accept a damaged product. I also will not be purchasing a replacement from Macys as I have no desire to wait this long for delivery.
