Returned item sent as “new”

Beware buying this item from Macys. Although the bag looked intact, it came with no packaging or usual internal paper / foam padding to maintain shape. The tags were torn/scratched off. The little internal papers that are placed between the clasps/ on the zippers were taken off and thrown into the pockets. I bought this intending to gift it but will now keep it for myself as returning is more of a hassle with Macys nowadays. Definitely the quality of Macys service has decreased over the past couple years, and thus reminded me why I no longer shop as frequently with Macys. The product itself is very cute and looks well made.

Great bag
