Very nice cardigan sweater

Ordered these beautiful cardigan sweaters in both colors , Loved their softness quality and warmth with the beautiful zippers The only issue was the size they run very large.had to return unfortunately

Great Product but nor Received

The problem with Macy's and other stores is their personnel do not know how to think. I had the item billed to my account but shipped to another address. I pointed out that the address that was entered fit not have the correct zip code. "No problem, it will be corrected". Never corrected, never received, forever embarrassed about person not getting a gift for the Holidays. No AI can fix this.
