Incorrect item sent very disapoimted

Ordered this bag in silver and I got a Karl Lagerfeld Paris dress! Very disappointing, Now I have to call customer service to get it straightened out . The on line service is becoming very disappointing ,had an issue with a return sent back in November2023 and did not get a refund until January 2024 and it took several calls and hold times to get the refund , hope this is not a repeat.

Cheap Silver Purse

Cheap!! Lagerfeld should know better than to put the famous designer name on a cheap purse. Faux leather.
