Well Made Leggings

I've been looking for a pair of black velvet leggings for a long time and saw this pair and another much less expensive pair. I worried about the quality of the other pair so although these are a bit pricey, I went for them. They are very well made, a good fabric weight, and should last for years. They are real velvet, NOT velour.

Absolute wrong sizing

HUGE!!!! I wear an xl in every legging. Measured according to ur chart and was an xl. These can fit 2 of me. So upset.
