Classy dress, small on top

I fell in love with this dress as soon as I saw it. It is classy, and a little retro. I don't normally like bows, but this one is tastefully done. The only problem is the fit, as it is small on top. To get the fit I truly needed, I would have had to go a size bigger, but that makes the dress look too boxy. Although not perfect, I decided to keep the dress.
