Poor Design and Slippery Soles

I'm Returning. The chain detail is loose and dangles off the strap making it awkward to slip into without your foot catching on the chain. Once on, the chain has a sloppy look, sliding all over and onto your foot. The outer soles have no traction so are very slippery. Disappointing overall from a designer.
