women’s cons slip on platform

I really liked this sneaker and was waiting forever for the size to come back. When it finally did I kinda knew it must have been a return item and I was right. When I received it the box was damaged and used and the bottom of the sneakers looked worn. It was a final sale so I couldn’t return although I would have kept it anyway since I loved it. But I am still appalled that macys would send an obviously used item to customers and not discount it heavily and with no warning in the description!
