Beautiful dress, but runs uncomfortably small!

Runs smaller than standard sizes, so beware when picking a size.

Disappointed with the fit and zipper.

I want to like this dress, but I have two major issues with it. 1. The back zipper zipper struggles at the section of the dress where the contrast trim appears. 2. I was hoping it would be comfortable/forgiving on a bustier person but alas it is not. Bought it on clearance so can't return it, and may have to get the zipper replaced with one that is a bit stronger. Currently determining whether it is worth the tailoring effort or if it would be better off regifted/donated.
