Loved the item, but Macys was the disappointment

Loved this item, but went to wear to an event and the security tag was attached and visible. Took it to my local Macys to remove and their store didn’t have the equipment to remove it. REALLY? They suggested I take it to another store, over 20 miles away. Instead I was forced to return it, and reorder? I am a Platinum card holder at Macys so to say I was less than furious and incredibly disappointed would be an understatement.
