Poor customer service

I purchased this jacket brought it home and noticed one of the sleeve bows was missing a piece. I contacted the company to try to purchase a replacement piece. The customer service site asked for more information. I sent pictures and a description and requested to purchase a replacement pay. 2 emails later I still waiting for anyone to get back to me.

I like the pants but the pants are to long l have to have the pants cut off and hemed and I am 5'7".
