Coat is beautiful. How it was delivered HORRIBLE

The coat is beautiful and fits great. It’s definitely a statement piece. Macys should be embarrassed how it was packaged and delivered. I have shopped with Macys for many years and I have never experienced a purchase being shipped without a protective plastic cover and no Hanger. Why would Macys allow a coat of this material to be placed solely in a thin Macys plastic susceptible to the weather elements. Poor job Macys and very disappointing

OMG LUXE!

After reading the reviews and scoping this beautiful coat since it was initially posted, I knew I had to have it. Couldn’t decide whether to get the oyster or chocolate color one. Decided on chocolate, size medium…it did not disappoint! I’m in love with my KL coat!!!! It’s so soft and fit perfectly!!! I might buy it in oyster too!!! Luxe for the low!

My favorite winter coat

I forgot I bought this last season and got SO excited when I opened my coat closet and saw it hanging there. This is the warmest coat and I get complimented on it every single time I wear it. So chic and the perfect fit!

Love this coat!

I just received my coat today, I love it! It’s so soft and because I am an animal activist, I love that it’s faux fur and faux leather, you can’t tell the difference. I love it so much that I just ordered the same coat in a different color.

Got this on big sale in two colors was so excited..size xs fit perfectly..but it shades so much especially the light color..returned both
